Las Vegas, Nevada – With the flu season just around the corner and this year’s heightened awareness of the flu, getting your vaccinations is extremely important. That’s why the Sunrise Health h2u Offices have partnered with Southern Nevada Health District to offer seasonal flu, pneumonia and shingles shots. All shots require cash payment only unless otherwise indicated as part of your insurance plan. Shots are available for adults only. Please contact your pediatrician for pediatric vaccinations.

SEASONAL FLU SHOTS

Methods of payment accepted in lieu of cash: Medicare Part B*, Medicare Railroad Part B and Medicaid.
Insurance card must be presented at time of service. There is no administrative fee for the flu vaccine.
For those not covered by any of the above, the cost is $30.00.

PNEUMONIA SHOTS (for those who qualify)

Methods of payment accepted in lieu of cash: Medicare Part B*, Medicare Railroad Part B and Medicaid.
Insurance card must be presented at time of service. There is no administrative fee for the pneumonia vaccine.
For those not covered by any of the above, the cost is $55.00.

*Revaccination for Pneumonia, at any age, is limited to specific circumstances, and RX is always required for revaccination.

SHINGLES SHOTS

Methods of payment accepted in lieu of cash: Medicare Part D. Shingles clients please contact Rae Hannah at 702-759-08789 prior to the clinic date to check eligibility and co-pay. For those not covered by Medicare Part D, the cost is $191. Insurance card must be presented at time of service.

In order to streamline the process and injections, remember to bring your insurance card, photo ID and cash payment where applicable (checks and credit cards will not be accepted). Remember to wear a short sleeve blouse or shirt to allow for easy access to injection site.
