This share account establishes membership in our credit union and the $25.00 must remain in the account at all times. Please fill out a membership application (available online at www.communityonefcu.com), print it and bring it into one of our five convenient locations with two forms of valid identification, one being a photo ID. If the membership application is signed outside the credit union, it must be notarized. If you are opening a joint account, all members must sign the application and show a photo ID.
